1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Only

Alpha Rags 555 Europe operates exclusively as a B2B wholesaler.
We supply only to Registered businesses, including companies, partnerships, and self-employed individuals.
Transactions made through our website are not covered by consumer law, as we do not sell directly to the public.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without our written confirmation.
• Preorders: Some categories may be offered on a preorder basis. In these cases, products will ship within 2–4 weeks after purchase. The specific shipping time will be indicated on the product/category page.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed excluding VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Spain and Europe.
• Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days after payment, unless otherwise specified.
• Preorders: delivery time is 2–4 weeks, as noted in Section 2.
• Once goods are handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping companies.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted in cases where we made an error (e.g., wrong category shipped) or in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• For sealed bales: once opened, they cannot be returned. If you purchased multiple bales in the same category and some remain sealed, you may return unopened ones for exchange.
• Transport costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Product Grading & Quality

• All products are vintage / second-hand. Minor imperfections may occur.
• Each bale or box may include approximately 15–20% Grade B items, which is standard in the industry.
• Videos and descriptions are provided to ensure transparency before purchase.
• Due to the nature of vintage clothing, we cannot guarantee specific size distributions or styles within a bale.

7. Intellectual Property

• You are granted the right to use the Alpha Rags 555 name, logo, and promotional materials strictly for resale and marketing of our products.
• Any misuse or modification of our branding without prior consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
