Shipping Policy
At Alpha Rags 555 Europe, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our wholesale customers. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- In the case of pre-orders, shipping may take 2–4 weeks depending on the category and product availability. The estimated shipping time will always be specified on the product page.
Shipping Methods
- We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver both pallets and smaller boxes across Spain and the EU.
- Shipping methods and costs depend on the destination country, order size, and weight.
- For large wholesale orders (pallets/containers), we will provide a custom shipping quotation.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed during the order process.
- Costs include handling, packaging, and transportation.
- Customs duties, import taxes or local VAT (outside Spain) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (Spain): 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- EU countries: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Pre-orders: 2–4 weeks, as indicated per category.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs clearance, and external circumstances.
Damages in Transit
We take great care in preparing and packing all shipments to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, since the risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier, please follow these instructions:
- Inspection upon Delivery: When receiving your order, you must inspect the external condition of the boxes or pallets. If you notice any visible damage, signs of tampering, or broken seals, you must sign the carrier’s delivery note as “DAMAGED” or “GOODS UNCHECKED / SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.”
- Reporting: If the contents are damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at
info@alpharags555.com. - Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the external packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged items.
- Claims: While we are not responsible for damages caused by third-party shipping companies, we will provide all necessary documentation to support you in filing a formal claim with the provider.
Failure to note damages on the delivery note at the time of arrival may invalidate any future insurance claims with the carrier.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (when available, depending on the carrier).
- For pallet or container shipments, we will provide direct updates and support during transit.
