Refund Policy
At Alpha Rags 555 Europe, we aim to provide our customers with quality vintage wholesale products and complete transparency. Each order is carefully prepared and supported with detailed videos of the products, so you can buy with confidence.
1. General Terms
- Alpha Rags 555 sells exclusively B2B (business-to-business). Our customers are companies and resellers, not final consumers.
- As a wholesaler, we do not operate under consumer retail law. Refunds and returns apply only in cases of error on our side.
- By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are acting as a business entity. Therefore, statutory ‘cooling-off’ periods for private consumers do not apply
- Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
2. Returns for Boxes
- If you purchase smaller boxes and there is a mistake in your order (wrong category or clear error in preparation), you may request a return.
- To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, providing details and proof (photos/videos).
- Returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returned goods must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
- 100% of the items must be returned. If you order a 50-piece box, all 50 pieces must be returned.
- Returns will only be processed if the box is returned in its entirety. We will verify the item count upon arrival; if any pieces are missing, the refund will be voided.
3. Returns for Bales
- Bales are sealed at origin by our team in Pakistan and prepared meticulously. Bales are sold as sealed units. Once the metal straps are cut or the wrapping is removed, the product is considered ‘used’ and loses all return eligibility. No exceptions will be made for opened bales due to the nature of wholesale sorting..
- If you purchase several bales of the same category and experience issues with one category, unopened bales may be returned and exchanged for another category (subject to availability).
- Please note: Bales may contain a small percentage of Grade B items (typically between 15-20%). This is an inherent part of the vintage wholesale industry and does not constitute a valid reason for a return.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- You received the wrong category.
- You received a shipment clearly not in line with the description.
- If your order arrives visibly damaged due to the shipping company, please document the issue with photos immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you with a claim.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5. Refund Conditions
- If a return is approved, we will refund the product cost only (excluding shipping and customs fees).
- International customers: VAT or duties paid in your country are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after the goods arrive back at our warehouse and are inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed once the goods have been inspected and approved at our warehouse.
6. Important Notes
- We provide complete videos of each bale type to minimize misunderstandings before purchase.
- Partial returns (single items from boxes/bales) are not accepted. Only full boxes or unopened bales can be returned under the conditions stated above.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
